A Prayer For Godly Grace With Bible References

Heavenly Father, I come before you seeking your godly grace in my life. Your Word teaches us that your grace is freely given to us, not based on our works, but as a gift from you (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Lord, I acknowledge that I am in need of your grace. I recognize my weaknesses, failures, and shortcomings. I humbly ask for your grace to cover my sins and to empower me to live a life that is pleasing to you (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Help me to understand and comprehend the depth of your grace in my life. Open my eyes to see the magnitude of your love and mercy towards me (Ephesians 1:7-8).

Father, I pray that your grace would transform me from the inside out. Renew my mind and heart, that I may reflect your character and walk in righteousness (Romans 12:2).

Grant me the ability to extend grace to others, just as you have extended grace to me. Help me to forgive those who have wronged me and to show love and compassion to those around me (Colossians 3:13).

Lord, I ask for your grace to be evident in my relationships. May I be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger, showing grace and understanding to those I interact with (James 1:19).

I pray for your grace to guide me in making wise decisions and choices. Give me discernment and wisdom as I navigate through life’s challenges (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Thank you, Lord, for your abundant grace that is available to me. May I continually rely on your grace and walk in the freedom that it brings (Galatians 5:1).

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
